Drink a cup of Stress Free Tea in the morning and evening to release antioxidants into your body from the 2 most potent herbs of Ayurveda to combat with free radicals from stress all day.

Traditionally, Ashwagandha has been used in many ways--as a sedative, a diuretic, a rejuvenating tonic, an anti-inflammatory agent, and as an "adaptogen" (endurance enhancer). Many Western herbalists refer to this herb as "Ayurvedic ginseng" because of its reputation for increasing energy, strength, and stamina, and for its ability to relieve stress.

The second herb; Licorice the plant's major active component Glycyrrhizin (also known as glycyrrhizic acid) is said to be from 50 - 200 times sweeter than sugar. Studies have shown that glycyrrhizin stimulates the excretion of hormones by the adrenal cortex. This potentiates glucocorticoid hormone action which might be useful in chronic fatigue syndrome due to body's incapability to de-stress itself.

So, A cup of Stress Free Tea is exactly what you need everyday!!!

A study conducted at the Department of Endocrinology and Metabolism, Aarhus University Hospital, Denmark, found that stevioside enhances insulin secretion from mouse pancreatic islets in the presence of glucose. The researchers state, "Stevioside stimulates insulin secretion via a direct action on pancreatic beta cells. The results indicate that the compounds may have a potential role as an anti-hyperglycemic agent in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus."
